Shipping

Delivery (shipping) charges are £2.95 per order for UK mainland 1-2 working day delivery and £1.95 for a 2-3 working day service. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100, delivered to UK mainland addresses. The delivery charge to Southern Ireland, Scottish Highland, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and Channel Islands is £6.95 per order on a 2-3 working day service.

All items ordered from Heelys Sale will be delivered via our partnership with DHL. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered according to the service selected between 7:30am - 9:00pm. DHL can deliver on a Saturday, however the charge for this service is £15. If Saturday delivery is required, select the Saturday delivery option when ordering. DHL do not deliver on a Sunday. Saturday deliveries are only available in England, Scotland and Wales.

Please note that orders placed before 5pm Mon-Friday are dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24 hours subject to stock availability and security checks. All orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.

As DHL require a signature on delivery please consider using your work address as a delivery (shipping) address to ensure we can deliver your item to you, if you would like your goods left with a neighbour or safe at your property please let us know. Our website allows you to track your goods online, simply enter your Heelys Sale registered email address and your password.

Returns

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. Please include a covering note including the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your address, including postcode
  • Contact telephone number
  • Your order number (found on your order confirmation email)
  • Details of the items being returned
  • State whether you're need a Refund OR Replacement
  • Reason for return
  • If you require a replacement, please state which item and size you need
  • Any special delivery requirements that need to be added to the label (for example, OK to leave with a neighbour etc)
